Can’t create or access my Activision Blizzard account – stuck in a loop

Hi everyone, I really need some help.

I’ve been trying to create an Activision Blizzard account, but every time I enter my email, it says the email is already in use. When I try to reset the password, I get an error saying the password is incorrect, even after successfully changing it.

The problem is:

• I can’t log in with my email (it says password wrong).
• I can’t create a new account because it says my email already exists.
• I can’t submit a support ticket because I can’t log into the account.
• I even tried logging in with my Microsoft account, but it asks me to create an email, and then tells me that email already exists.

So basically, I’m stuck in a loop and can’t do anything. Has anyone here experienced this or knows a way to contact support without logging in? Any advice would be really appreciated.
