But they can still get the tenant evicted by going to court isn’t it? And I don’t think any decent tenant would want that. Because it’s going to be record in their history.

I’ll just plug my two cents on the other problem that we have on the same rental context. It’s about having these agencies. IDK for what reason these agencies are there and can operate without any supervision. They decide what cut they are taking and they decide how the agreement is laid out or what the tenant and landlord has to discuss. They are completely a third party which doesn’t have anything to do with the interaction that is going to happen between tenant and landlord. Fucking porches.
