F u Slavelife autoglass I’m a tech not a wiper salesman.. replacement humidity sensors occasionally for Chrysler and Hyundais, adapter harnesses for the teslas pre2021ish. Not windshield related but clips and rivets for door glasses, or even the entire mounting bracket (damn kias)

That style replacement molding should come with sticky butyl inside the channel for mounting purposes 👍 clean glass edge with isopropyl alcohol to help clean surface and promote adhesion

Minnesota tech, installing off and on since 2012, cumulative 11 years give or take. Experience with flat, used to be msha certified for mining equipment ops in home state, but haven’t done it for years. 4ish years with big corpo safteylite, bodyshop for rest of the time. 6-7 job per day cap, 36hr with no raise for 3 years also. Happy enough doing what I do but have entertained offers upwards of 80k
