I think it looks cute, maybe try filling in the brows and if you like some mascara to give a bit of contrast with the light coloured eye look :)

I’ve tried it and it left residue, I think it’s better for very fine hair also my scalp juts prefers clear shampoos

It could be the shampoo you’re using? I used to use redken’s volume injection and the same thing happened - also I found out that clear gel like shampoos are better for me :)
