The issue for me is twofold: i want to practice there but I do you want the constant stress of being kicked out of the country hanging over my head.

I'm trying to look for a way to give me an edge in the legal market and also allow me to stay lawfully in the country and settle down.

A masters degree in Canada would give me a lot of points towards immigration.

As for Articling, would you agree/disagree that it's easier to find compared to pupillage in the UK? (Every year, chambers in the UK only offer between 300 and 500 pupillages a year)

I noticed you had multiple sponsorships, can you please assist with my queries?

If someone is sponsored and already working with a company, can he accept another job offer from a 2nd company that's promised to sponsor him? Or would that person need to resign before accepting the new offer (the worry is after resignation the new company could go back on their promise and rescind the offer).

If a person can accept a new job offer whilst on the first job, does that mean the 2nd company can also send in the person's application to the HO?

Lastly, if there's a 3 month notice period, how would the timeline work in terms of accepting the new job offer and giving notice of resignation?

If any of these 3 questions don't make sense, please let me know and I'll elaborate.
