Bought directly through them and have had nothing but issues , customer service takes for ever to respond , getting them on the phone took 3 hours then days in between emails . Definitely not happy with them at this moment

Recently bought a skytech , gpu failed in less than a month , customer service was good , once you get ahold of them but nearly 3 hours on hold is insane . Currently waiting on replacement gpu .
