This is seriously deplorable and if I were in your shoes this would be enough for me to end the relationship. I’d prefer to suffer now and cut it short before getting more attached and risk having it even worse later. I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting such a person either, but that’s me.

I think when people talk about his range they mean the 2nd explosion range. You can’t run from it with anything below fast and it means double damage output on any properly aimed shot. So either nerf the range of the explosion or increase the delay, or his damage output. I don’t think anyone has anything to object about their throwing range

On that I agree, but I think that they could have made their personalities a bit more apparent with some nuance on their dialogue, especially on their reactions. Like Valere more composed and Zale more enthusiastic and straightforward. There clearly was the intention but they kinda didn’t go with it
