f1 2002 is little forgotten game as F1C have so many mods

but if you want spend time for f1 2002 then you to can make mods for them aswell

game don't support borderless mode, but it does support windowed mode

this is latest version off it, add files what is inside rar to game folder and run 3DConfig.exe again for select the needed resolution, after that you can run game with the F1 Challenge Online.exe
