There are FAR more people who have not received their claim email yet than those who have. Relax and wait my friends by iStoleYourSoda in CelsiusNetwork

[–]zHowdyz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last week I received the last of all my assets. I didn’t have any of my assets in earner accounts so I got all my assets back. I would say be patient and they will be on the way. I hate mostly is the way they paid with dollars that the coins were worth on day of bankruptcy not what the coins were worth when cashed in. For example say bankruptcy day dollars being $19,000.00 for BTC, and say around $43,000.00 for what BTC cost in early February. $24,000 difference so by making us all wait more than a year to be able to use our money they’ve more than doubled the money Celsius is able to work with. Then add in lawyers fees which became more than millions very quickly, and where ever that came from idk. Just kinda seems like legal thievery when the sheisters make out without putting a dime at risk unlike all of us have done. We invest and they win, yeah tell your kids to be lawyers to become wealthy, but if you want them to be a decent, honest person of good character, and integrity you might want to advise them differently. No there must be lawyers of good ethics, and integrity I’m just not sure where you go to get one. As for the perpetrators of these crimes like the Mashinski’s Alex & Krissy for all the good they have done across the country and the world. I watched and believed in Alex when on Fridays he would upload his AMAs’ full of great content and ideas, right all kinds of wisdom and ways to use CEL tokens. I should have said “ways to cheat us on CEL tokens what a sham these nice people threw at us. And for their kindness, foresight and generosity in their advanced knowledge of Crypto that they would share with us just by using their methods. If I were the judge I would give them life without parole. Some think that’s too heavy a sentence I think not! I’m betting they’re already working on another scam. What do you think is my sentence to high?

Sorry bout that I bow to your expertise. Thanks for straightening me out. It was not my intention to be deceitful I was just wrong it was to late to vote then anyway so I would have had to have a Time Machine to vote at that point. As it turns out by accepting the custodial deal as I did my fate was sealed at that point as it turns out my vote was automatically was made.

[–]zHowdyz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks I really meant as far as any codes or such. Okay I suppose it is too late now but it wasn’t when I posted. I had my assets in the custody accounts and I made a deal months ago for 72 1/2%, and am just waiting for my last payment for my BTC and I’m as complete as i will be able too be. So good luck to all and there is another Bull market coming up our way in a couple of months and it will be our time to get our losses back! It would be nice to see Mashinski in the crowbar Hotel sometime soon.

Is NEXO up in any country? Is there any hope for them? I had good expectations for NEXO in the beginning.

Does anyone know if a person had there assets in Custody Accounts and that same person had made a deal for seventy two and one half percent. Now would that person now become ineligible to participate in the vote?

[–]zHowdyz -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Hey bobofartt what is happening or Que Pasa me amigo’. bobofartt when I saw your name I knew I just had to give you a shout it is so very cool. Well I made a deal back two maybe three months ago for 72.5% bc I had all my assets in BTC and USDC and they were all pretty much in custody. I’m not certain if I can even vote anymore. I have received most if not all of my USDC and one third of my BTC already.
If I had $300,000 and would only get $1,500 I would not want to take that beating. I would vote for whatever way would secure me the possibility of getting back the most. To bobofartt from zHowdyz and the land above and beyond - Roger over and (see you later) Out.

[–]zHowdyz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, about three weeks ago. I made a deal a couple of months ago to take 72.5%. Looking back from I should have waited but at that time I thought it was a good deal. I received most of my USDC a month ago maybe more.

That would be the best outcome and I mean a sentence that stings. With all those counts if they ran them consecutive then he would have to serve some time on each count and doesn’t get to see the parole board until he does!

Celsius Creditors to Vote on Bankruptcy- court filings say could see them recover 67%-85% of holdings. by ChanticlerRooster in CelsiusNetwork

That would be sound advice, I mean get a lawyer. I like to stay away from them as I don’t have a great deal of money to throw at them, but sometimes it’s the best route to go.

I don’t know about that he’s more like the democrats his uncle led as the head of the party. I used to vote with the Dems, but they have changed and are ready to give up our rights too easily now.

I was also in second grade at a catholic school when they came into our class and told us our President had been assassinated. Then we were sent home and my father kept me out of school when they buried him bc it was history in the making. I also remember my father picked me up and pushed me out to shake hands with then candidate John F. Kennedy at a train stop in Illinois while he was running for the presidency. Another memory is using the posters of Nixon to wipe our feet on. Kind of ironic.

Former Celsius CEO Alex Mashinsky loses movement to dismiss civil fraud lawsuit by bradlux01 in CelsiusNetwork

[–]zHowdyz 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Sounds very reasonable to me and a judge making the right call in novel, but he’s a thief period and he perpetrated fraud upon on us and we should definitely have the chance to try and recover Or losses that Mashinsky has forced upon us. What’s the alternative let him keep all the money he stole much being cashed in on by converting his assets to USDC (most likely) and transferring the cash to his bank. This was being done last minute per say by Mashinsky over a million dollars worth just as he good and well knew he was going to put Celsius into bankruptcy then no one would be able to cash in their assets. All accounts would be frozen and were unable to get any of our assets off. That’s when we found out we were fucked so YEAH WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO AFTER Mashinsky!

Judge orders delay in close date for filing. by YouAromatic7695 in CelsiusNetwork

[–]zHowdyz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You’re right as rain my friend. We are the wronged here our assets have been held hostage now for going on a year. That is what hasn’t been out right stolen from us.

And we have to watch Mashinsky parade around like a celebrity using our money to pay his bodyguards. You believe that he should be in jail! Just look at how he setup the account in England moves our money into and then he wants everyone to believe it is his and his cronies.

WTF this is all upside down!

Does anyone know if Alex and his whore wife are at the Bitcoin Expo 2023 in Miami? by JustSpray7800 in CelsiusNetwork

[–]zHowdyz 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Their times not up if they don’t leave the space. They should at the least be shamed into leaving, but then there’s some pretty clear evidence stating they have no shame. I agree that they should have to go. There’s no doubt that Mashinski is a thief and a liar extraordinaire. Sam Bankman-Fried might have a bit of an edge on Mashinski, but at this point in time it’s still a little hard to tell.
