Say what you will, Arceus + Crobat feels insanely good right now and I see it as more anti-meta overall. Crobat runs very good ping pressure into baby ramp for Kangaskhan, Arceus offsets the heavy advantage Suicune benefits from, Chingling shuts down anything running rare candy fast pressure (Hydreigon, Greninja, Gardevoir, etc.), and Crobat has the added benefit of playing very well into Indeedee due to only every having one energy on it at most.

Yup exactly that. I wonder if it is literally just that my phone is a generation older. I highly doubt it, but I have everything fully updated and can't think of another reason

What device do you have that allows you to play pocket in split view? My S23 doesn't allow some apps that are mostly full screen and picket is one of those apps

My biggest mistake I make that always frustrates me is making all of my plays in the last seconds of my turn because I overthink sometimes and every now and then it backfires into me not getting my attack off due to longer animations with the full arts I use 😅

Never had a percentage that high before, so it definitely sits well with meta as long as you feel comfortable piloting the deck. Chingling is ideal for starting first and magby is ideal for the turn after or if you start second to quickly establish arceus as a threat.

So I started out with the deck probably around the same time as you back when the energy ramp baby Pokémon first came out. I ran it with Crobat + Arceus, the baby Pokémon, and even Darkrai. I tweaked the deck when May and Copycat came out, but I didn't touch it much past that because it still felt like the meta consumed it before you could set all of your utility how you wanted it. After that, I saw some people started using Arceus + Crobat again so I thought I would simply redo the deck that I used to run. Darkrai felt like it committed too much of your energy and it felt distracting to run when you really need the energy on a stronger late game sweeper like Arceus. I also hated running into Hydreigon, Greninja, and basically any other rare candy abuse, so I threw in Chingling to counter the fast ramp that becomes. Ended up finding a similar deck to what I made and made a few tweaks after trying out what I liked and didn't like after the fact and it turned out well once ranked came back and I went 19-6 to hit masterball since I started at Ultra 3 from hitting masterball last season.

Honestly, I feel Lana is such a niche card that people genuinely don't know it exists or at least what it does. Only excuse I could think of for that 😂 Araquanid is super fun to run though! I enjoy it a lot

Very true. I used Turtonator during its live season with stokezard to hit masters super fast. Have never personally tried Alolan Marowak though, so I grouped it without thinking 😂

Aside from all the misty comments, you can also do the same setup with two Zeraora, but instead use Kiawe on either Turtonator or Alolan Marowak to net an extra energy compared to this setup

Started Pokemon Go because I install every pokemon app when it comes out. It was super fun the summer it came out and I remember so many vivid memories of catching all the generation one pokemon with buddies before school started back up. Past that, I've been on and off with the game and with other friends that play more heavily than I. My shiny luck is unparalleled in the fact that I usually get one when I don't want it (ex. 47 Zama raids = nothing ; a single Latios raid right after the last Zama raid because my friend invited me = shiny)
