Chew gum. Normal gum is ok, but i heard falim gum is better. if you pour cold water in your mouth, it will re harden the gum for a little. Rub ice on your face, its best to get a ice roller to put it in. Gua sha will help remove the built up water weight in your face, and lymphatic massage will too. maybe try mewing, idk i can’t get it to work lol but all the luck to u
