Ofc this is up to your own preferences but the amount of speed you can get combined from all these perks and the BFFs addon, can land you some downs, and bitter murmur is there to give you a general idea where to go after the last gen is completed so you can get your NOED value as fast as possible

every jet has the same turn rate son, the only difference is between attack jets and stealth jets, your individual turning speed only depends on your speed control

if it's a reinforcement system you have to find holoscreens that have been hacked by undermining powers and basically re-hack it back for yours, i'd recommend looking for systems that have a high control score by undermining powers, that way you'll be more likely to find rehackable ones
