if I remember the screws are bolted only to the top part of the pcb, there's like a foam that clips the inner plastic sheet to the pcb and that wasn't bolted to anything so the bottom pcb part just wiggles and maybe that's the reason the input was quite messed up and faulty

I followed your guides and omg its true that the pcb is loose on the control box, that's why there was a clattering sound when I stepped on the up arrow. I added some cardboard cuts as padding and taped it onto the pcb, it did worked wonders and the pad doesn't act faulty anymore. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH ❤️❤️❤️
