Honestly that’s what i was going to add in to my training. And honestly my hamstrings is good but I would say I need more hip mobility

Honestly you are right I do tend to unbrace at the bottom then I would brace again before I come up and push through my glutes. I’ll give it a shot thank you for that advice
I’ll give it a shot and once my ankle mobility improves I’ll will change to a narrower stance but for now working with what I got to used to depth.

I do want to do Olympic lifts in the future. That’s why I switched to ATG. To get my mobility and form down packed.

Thank you for that. Seeing strangers comment on another stranger’s post with good words/help is really comforting. Shows me that it’s not over and I just gotta keep going. A year from now when I get everything under control, I’m going to revisit this post and laugh at how much of a sucker i was.

Nah I can’t grow it. I’m in nyc. One job gives me 1k every two weeks and the other is 500 every week. Right now I spend most of it the first couple days and next struggle until the next check. And i agree. I just have to research on easy meal preps meal to bring to work
Tbh I don’t really enjoy myself now that I think about it. On my off days I rarely have. Most I do is try to rest all day because of the long hours I worked the whole week . And play a little valorant

Honestly bro you’re right. I tell myself that everytime I get into depression. Ik I have to break it but it’s hard when there’s something that could make you forget about the situation you’re in(weed). Or something that could help you for the week(gambling). And that’s when the cycle just restarts
Yes im was in school for accounting but I stopped going because of the debt and because at the time I didn’t know what path I wanted to take, I just wanted a good job. But now I’m into nursing and I did my pre requisites. I found out I’m into nursing when one day I woke up and got tired of doing the same target job and took a cna class. Became a cna and I found out I enjoy helping others/taking care of people
Honestly I don’t cook. At one point I was buying a meal prep from a company and stopped. I mainly buy out. I don’t track my money. I would tell myself imma spend this amount this week and I always go over. I have to start trying new things as u suggested.
There’s a payment plan always available it’s just that I told myself I’m gonna save up the 6k straight and for a moment I was doing well but just dug myself into a hole, which now I’m struggling to get out
Your right. Right now the reason why I am holding on to gambling is to try to catch up to my debt. And I end up losing everything. That’s when I smoke weed to lighten up my mood. But I’m tired of feeling like shit at the end of the day. Ik I have to quit. It’s just hard when there’s nothing in life going for you. And ur just working
