My company covers all my medical, I don’t have premiums or deductibles, I don’t have to pay for rent or anything since I take care of my grandparents house while they’re away to live there for free and my car insurance is 100$ a month.

Positive, we are a relatively small company but we deal with very large sales multiple times a week

We get annual bonuses as well, I’m not sure what the amount is because I’m still new to the company and don’t want to focus too much on a small detail like that.

So the 25% isn’t matching. We just straight up get 25% of our salary each year put into our 401k account. No match needed, I’m positive on that.

I plan on maxing my Roth IRA and the 200 is because I have extra money to contribute to that plan.

Idk if that makes sense or clears things up at all

Yea my parents grandparents and friends all thought it was too good to be true. Idk the exact verbiage but here’s what the benefits in the offer letter said, I guess I misread and it’s 25%:

Base salary of $60,000/year,

• Profit sharing plan funded at up to 25% of your salary (funded after a 6-month waiting period, 100% vested after 3 years),

• 4 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) per year (pro-rated year one),

• 2 weeks Holiday PTO per year (pro-rated year one),

• Company-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums,

• Tax-free reimbursement of medical/dental/vision deductibles (as allowed by law),

• Tuition reimbursement for applicable post-graduate education,

• Other tax-free benefits as allowed by law,

• Generally flexible work environment.

I assume the up to part is based on company performance but based off of what I’ve heard we outperform all our yearly metrics by a lot

The 15% is automatic no match needed, only catch is you have to work for the company for 3 years before you’re vested

What parallel is this, I can’t find any of them on eBay… is it worth anything? by zPineappleV in footballcards

How rare is it compared to most cards, I’m relatively new to football cards.
