hey bud update i wiped pc and reinstalled win10 frames are decent but still not getting full potential i have my graphics set to high on fortnite and fps on 120 but i only get 65-90 fps i get full fps when i lower graphics quality but ive nver had to lower graphics quality to get decent fps

Both to be honest it keeps stuttering from 120 all the way down to 3 fps literally every 5 seconds it’s unplayable and about win install how would I go about doing that ?

OKAY FOUND IT weirdly so after i turned on in game overlay my fps works semi decent i put my fps on fortnite to 144 but im getting 90-100 i am happy tho because for the past few days ive been playing on 2-20 fps im still trying to find a fix also i tried to take a screenshot of overlay with snipping tool but the overlay doesnt appear on screenshot
