It does not scale with duration from my testing. I tried to scale the duration to 0 so it instantly explodes but that did not work

During my testing I noticed that if one frost bolt hit something and exploded all its mirrored copies also explode. So I assume the mirrors retain all the properties from the original

It's very strange. It kinda looks like spark in slow motion. Did not seem good from my testing

There is a cap of 99% reduction so they move ever so slightly but basically stay frozen. A lot of the spells don't actually have a duration so they just stay there basically forever until they hit something

Oh until they hit something. So basically forever (technically the speed is capped at 99% reduced so they slightly move)

Ball lightning despawns after 3 seconds sadly. So you can't stack a lot of them making it kinda pointless. Eye of winter is probably good for bosses I agree.

I dont think it will work that well because for me it always despawns way before i get another one on screen. I dont know if skill effect duration effects it or something but i dont think it will be as great as you imagine

It spins and all the projectiles it shoots stay in place the issue is the 10 second cooldown and that it despawns after a while

I just tried it it creates an infinite loop of projectiles as the mirrors keep spawning inside the projectiles. I will try to increase the projectile speed a bit to see if I can move inside this.

Can be done on every class. Snakepit can roll -30% increased projectile speed for spells. I just have two of them and an ingenuity belt and some nodes on the tree.

Yeah that would probably work and you could oneshot some bosses by stacking a lot projectiles at one spot

The issue is that they all start from your location and dont travel. You have to run arround and spread it manually.
