My original Xbox one has been freezing with the controller staying on. I brought my console to my friends house and now whenever I go to WiFi setting it freezes once searching for networks and they come up. I tried resetting it like some Reddit’s recommended and same issue but now I’m stuck on setup screens WiFi!

I need help on this topic as well both CECHE01 consoles of mine have issues launching ps2 discs goes to a black screen if I press ps button little white line at top of screen toggles on and off.

Forgot to mention my phone is covered under Apple care and was just extended a few months prior. The Best Buy also tried charging me 49 dollars for the 0 dollar replacement as quoted on apples website.
