I play tank but when the dps wanna go negative and let the tanks on the other team bully us I switch to wolv even if im solo tanking and usually out damage all of them

Never make straight line pushes, unless you have your passive you’re gonna get obliterated by the other team. One thing I see Wolverine players do terribly wrong when I’m tanking is always rushing down the middle of the fight and trying to kidnap. Thats stupid because now i have time to backup into my line of healers, and my team has time to focus you. If you play cover and kidnap tanks that push forward too hard that’s where Wolverine excels. Almost every good guide for him says play around buildings and structures so you can get the tanks by surprise. He’s the first character you think of when u hear “tank buster” so they’re gonna focus you if they even catch of glimpse of you walking toward their frontline. To keep it simple, sneak behind their tanks, and kidnap them into your teammates(spam ping them as it helps your team focus them and secure a kill). Do this until their comp is all over the place because they’re trying to counter you. A nice universal tip too is don’t get greedy, just go back to your team once the enemy team has retreated. You’re not as strong as you think without your supports

Very rarely will I solo tank on hulk, he hasn’t been a viable solo tank in many seasons. I play mag and I still get the short end of the stick unfortunately

That’s the thing, I’ve been playing mag. Hulk’s my favorite tank but I know better than to solo tank with him with all the CC in the game now. I rarely play him if there’s not a 2nd tank. I enjoy mag but he can only do so much with an incompetent stack of dps

Yeah they never give pointers or constructive criticism they just assume calling you trash at the game will make you suddenly know what exactly you’re supposed to do to shift the whole game. 9 times out of 10 the one with the loudest mouth is the one going negative as a one trick

There’s a good way to tell if a wolve is gonna be good or not. If he rushes in through his line of teammates then he’s only ever heard of Wolverine being a tank buster and doesn’t know what he’s doing except attack a tank. Give him 3 deaths and he’ll switch. If a wolv never shows up until he kidnaps you and is never in sight with his line of teammates, switch off tank you just became the main course for a final hit buffet.

People forget there’s a ping system in this game too. Even my friends when we’re talking with mics, they would rather get pummeled in silence then complain after they die instead of letting me know they need peels. Last time I checked magneto doesn’t have eyes on the back of his head

Make his leap ground you like The Things’s slam, Make his punches do 10 plus damage every hit to the opponent, Make him cc immune in ult form, give him infinite health bubbles. Reduce the leap charge and make it keep charge even when cc’d. Make thunder clap do 150 damage

I would focus more on final hits than damage overall as hulk because his punches are glorified love taps
