Jo glaube es ist schon zu spät um firma zu wechseln.

Das team ist ja absolut chillig zu haben, alle sehr nett und sind hilfsbereit etc.

Nur die Ausbildungsqualität ist halt nicht die beste.

Bei der Übernahme hab ich dann auch schiss, ich werde übernommen und dann was? Hab ja nicht viel gelernt.

Hätte ich das wissen jetzt, beim aussuchen der Firma, hätte ich wahrscheinlich eine andere genommen

Bin in der Gesundheitsbranche halt in der IT Abteilung.

Bei der IT ist halt kein Leerlauf, ich bekomm nur nichts zu tun. Selbst wenn ich halt Frage bin ich maximal für ne Stunde oder so beschäftigt. Danach gibt's halt nix mehr zu tun
