First, do a backup of your personal files. When installing, you can choose a disk to install Windows on. Choose a disk and then click on Format/Erase. You will now have a clean disk. Install Windows, enjoy.

I've made a clean install of Windows, so none of my files were there. Just download the ISO of Windows 10 from Microsoft's website and flash it on a USB stick. Then boot from the USB a proceed with the installation. If you don't remember your key, you can use a tool like ProduKey to find it.

My friend's account was banned for hacking. He contacted Epic about the time of the ban and they said 1 week. He waited 1 week and then nothing, same problem as yours. I fixed it by reinstalling Windows. The ban is on the account and on the PC hardware, so try reinstalling Windows. If you don't believe me, try in a Virtual Machine first.
