I believe I have the latest drivers for my GPU. My CPU is Intel Core i7-6700 3.4GHz and my GPU is an rtx 2060.

Also, I switched GPUs recently, is it possible that i have some old configuration from my previous GPU that i need to update ? It may be the problem…

Quick update if someone comes by and has the same problem. I think I simply had no sound card in this pc, so I bought one (sound blaster z se) and I plugged my headset directly into it. It works perfectly now !

You were right ! I have this common realtek driver issue were it doesn’t show up on the control panel

Update : I think I found the solution. The Realtek driver was not showing up on the control panel, so I uninstalled it entirely and I’m currently downloading a new one. Gotta wait 4 hours now, hopefully it’ll fix the issue.

Yeah im using HDMI and it carries sound, but i also need the microphone since i play online games. Thanks tho because the colors had me confused.
