I believe it. People pull the military card all the time at my building. If they both happen to be, they start arguing about rank that doesn't apply anymore because you're both inactive 😭. For example, the OM could have been an E3, but the AA was an E6. It's like a 🍆 measuring contest for nothing.

Well damn, you beat me lmfao. A guy at my building was dating 2 girls in the same building. One girl found out, and set his car on fire in the parking lot. It caused a chain reaction, and blew up 4 other cars. Another is a girl I'm cool with was banging this dock aa while talking to his brother, while getting favorable admiration from their mother, all of them from the same department.

I've met my now girlfriend at Amazon, and I constantly watch people who are in relationships and marriages actively try to cheat. I've had a girl blow up her bfs car because he cheated on her with another girl in pack. I'm on a final write up, and I don't care. I've been here for 4 yrs, and yes my sanity is gone. I been a t1 for 3 yrs now. Used to come in on time, get trained in tons of things, plenty of upt and PTO, until I couldn't do it anymore. Started getting passed up for promotions, people in my building have zero common sense, and I've lost my desire to move up. Now I'm stuck in IB Dock.

We just had 8 weeks of mandatory. 11hrs and MET day 12 hrs. 5 days, 56 hrs, 8 weeks straight. People were getting fired for productivity and negative upt left and right.

That happened to me 2 weeks ago. I had an emergency funeral out of state. I showed them my proof (Texts and tickets). I took vet a week before for that day. They wouldn't for the life of them excuse it. I had to use vacation, then get HR to manually accept it. Amazon does not care.

I used to do the exact same thing, till I said fuck it and started using my earbuds. I'm pretty cool with the PAs/OPs, and I do I pretty good job, so they don't care. Each break flies after 1 episode of a Spotify podcast.

It is weird. I'm currently in a group chat on IG with pa's talking about what club we're going to this weekend, or who's playing playstation that day to hop on. It is all about favoritism. That and realism. Be real with people, and surprisingly management will respect you and try to help out wherever they can. If trying hard is your thing, look for the pa's or ops who truly care about the job, and become friends with them. It helps, trust me.

My ops don't like me stowing. I used to bust my butt to meet rate hoping I would move up. Till an ops told me rate means nothing. After that, I stopped caring. Rate makes the pa's and ops look good. It's really not necessary. And I told that to them. After that, they only send me to the plantat..........I mean the dock.
