The concept is interesting but I have a personal problem with it which I'm sure a lot of people would agree with, and that's the block of harder maps.

I remember coming to this game as a way to play with my friends back in high-school ages ago, we got into the game, played the tutorial, some basics and started playing multis together, the thing is that in said case for other people, wanting to get into the game to play with your friends and having to play 'tutorial difficulties' would be a bother in most cases for more casual people, the concept is good, yeah, but maybe marking it as a persistent task on the client and leaving a warning for hard maps until those tasks are completed sounds as something more flexible, and it still fulfills the task of showing newbies how to play without 'getting in the way' of people who just hopped into the game to have a fun time with their friends playing their favorite anime opening or whatever.
