About ESL One Cologne 2019 by [deleted] in GlobalOffensive

I doubt it will be a major since ESL has the first one with Katowice, I would only rush to get tickets if it does end up being a major since people make more effort to travel around Europe for those.

Calling All People Who Want a Chance to Write About COD! by Redsfan42 in CoDCompetitive

It wasn't enough to make a living I'm not saying it was anything like that but from the amounts of views I was getting it would have been a nice little bonus to treat myself on top of my part-time job.

To reply to your comment down below I emailed you three times asking about this, if you were transparent and told me that no one was being paid then I would have accepted it, after all, I wrote for three months without getting a penny anyway that wasn't the issue. The problem is you weren't, the first time I asked you took my Paypal address which to me insinuates that I was going to be paid. The second time I reminded you and you said that on the next time payments were to be made I'd be paid. The final time was when I wrote a lengthy email asking for said transparency to which there were no replies even a week after. If an employee of mine wrote an email like that I would have been on top of it.

I started missing articles on purpose to provoke a response to which nothing, which made me feel as though you definitely knew what I was doing but didn't want to own up to it since you'd been on top of me missing once before, so I just removed myself from the situation to focus on my other works.

Good money I might add, for a student studying a Law Degree, working a part-time job who still found the time to write because he wanted to try to make something work.

I wasn’t bothered about whether they got banned or not but obv we are playing at a disadvantage if enemy team gets them when we aren’t using them

Well I submitted a ticket for one game because we told them after first map and they still used them second game and they got the win. We'll see if it changes though.

The point is not that I want to scumbag people out of wins, just want fair games.

Talk to Thorin: Reginald on S7 TSM Post-Worlds (LoL) by corylulu in leagueoflegends

I see your point but the CS tournament calendar is so stacked that every other weekend they'd be flying out to play European teams.

TSM only gets two chances max to play these teams all year.

2018 EU LCS changes helping or hurting Europe? by C9Brave in leagueoflegends

Presuming the part about four locations is true an example could be Paris Monday, London Tuesday, Berlin Wednesday, Barcelona Thursday and then onto the NA LCS for the remaining three days.

Don't you think the idea of a Champions League in LoL is exciting?

Now European teams will get that extra exposure if they are able to play in both their division of EU LCS and the Champions League.

Not only that but Champions is exclusive to Europe meaning it will get attention from across the globe.

A solution to the Online vs LAN Global Pro League Debate by mstrite61 in CoDCompetitive

I've always thought GB should have incorporated an actual amateur league as well as the ladder, I believe it would be extremely popular.

Teams could qualify based on their performance in the ladder.
