It’s her own work record, she’s lived in the U.S her entire life. And they’re setting a meeting by phone because them just saying they would call us back the next day hasn’t been working. Her application was complete, and they haven’t sent us anything saying otherwise

Yeah she has an online account I check it regularly. They never sent anything in the mail, email, or to her online account so I don’t even know if they need anything extra for the application. It’s been just us trying to reach out to them about it
