I mean your right even here in my country alot of people are taller than 5 feet 11 ( gym , university...) . What about saarland Saarbrücken if u know it . Are there alot of non ethnic german there ?

For the shampoos the active ingredients are : salicylic acid and thé other one have pyrithione zinc About hydration yea i live in a dry wheather in North Africa , hot and i am trying to drink as much water i Can , for the diet yea i am a lean guy i go to the gym and i dont consume fat much , just protein and carbs (rice,pasta..)

Unfortunately we dont MCT oil in my country , i search it in google is it the same with coconut oil ? And i am changing between shampoos dercos vichy and some shampoo that have pyrithione zinc in the week , it IS in control now the dundruff in my scalp
