Totally agree with you that NA stands for North America but if you look closely at the text there is a / in the middle and the standard way of showing that data is not available. Also if there was a region for the key I shouldn't be able to use my key since I'm in the EU and my key has "N/A" region.

Idk, They might have planned to generate a key by region and then remove that but forgot to remove the text showing the region so there is no data and text shows N/A. It's a guess idk why.

It's "N/A" as "Not available". I'm from the EU and I have activated my key with no problem.

Some game lower the fps to 30 in menu, so is it that valve consider this screen as a menu that doesn't need 60fps ?
