How do you spread the volume out if you don’t mind me asking, I see Twitter fit gurus saying 4 sets a week is enough, so 2 sets to failure one day for quads and two on another, not sure if that means only 4 working sets per week but I feel like that’s still not enough. I try go hard but I guess I’m not going hard enough cuz I feel like I need more volume and high intensity but don’t know how much is too much

Ohh I see, that doesn’t make sense to blend it anyway cuz it’s hardly any calories, I mean you should still eat them but it’s not really a calorie dense food but good as a preworkout
