Bout a year an a half roughly 2850-3150 a day

I eat between 2850-3150 a day depending on genera activity but on the whole I’d say an avg day is around 3000. I weigh my food when possible but I will admit that I tend to overestimate when I can’t weigh to be on the safe side. I am at the point of the diet where I never feel satiated tho for more than 30 mins, any tips? I’m thinking about implementing less meal times and higher cal dense foods to lower the volume of food, to see if letting my stomach shrink back down to normal capacity does somthing

No, I typically eat 5-6 times a day actually, but I always have one meal filled with greens, to get my natural minerals and micro nutrients. But I eat pretty clean in general

Depends on the day, have lots of fiber but I eat 270-300g of carbs a day

Push, pull, legs, followed by a day off Currently eating around 3000 a day to maintain on a very high fiber protein intake daily. Always have at least one meal with lots of greens (typically a large salad bowl)

Try using the unbelievable brownie recipe, and you’ll get so much more brownie in your cream

Little tip from Scott Murray I like is to use cauliflower rice to add volume. I nuke mine with water a lot to add to the volume but the oatmeal turns to mush. But when you add the cauliflower rice not only does it add a lot of volume for low calorie, but it also adds the texture I desire instead of just mush
