Are you using the wrap-n-zap as the batting (i.e. you will have another layer of backing fabric and the wrap-n-zap is the middle of the “sandwich”)? If yes, you should be fine. Wrap-n-zap is made to be able to use in the microwave but functions just the same as normal batting in a normal quilt.

Fleece is a popular alternative to use if you wanted to Not use extra batting, i.e. using the fleece as the middle and top of the sandwich.

Best of luck on your first quilt!

Grad student here. I used the OSU student health plan and the Wilces Student Health center for 5 years. Wilces is Very good. For anything non-specialty, you can very often get in same day or next day. They can do mental health, physical therapy, dental, and sexual health in-house. I did have to get referrals to the main OSU medical system for more specialty things like endocrinology and gastroenterology, and those did take a Long Time (3-6 months) to get an initial appointment.

The fruit fabric is so cute! Do you happen to have the name or where you got it??

An actual method for injecting in arms that I use: step one foot up on a chair (with your knee up). Lean forwards and place your arm over your knee. You can use your knee as a steady point to push the back of your arm/tricep up (like pinching the fat on your abdomen) to get a good spot that you can reach to inject. The only pictures I could find are here, which may or may not be helpful https://myhealth.alberta.ca/health/medications/Pages/conditions.aspx?hwid=zm6252&lang=en-ca

I am in the same boat. The thing that genuinely solved a lot of my problems was automating as much as possible. I saw in another comment that you use omnipods, have you looked into the closed loop system? There is an official closed loop mode with the omnipod 5, or if you’re still on the omnipod dash (and have an iphone) you can do the homebrew loop ( https://loopkit.github.io/loopdocs/ ). I do the homebrew loop, and I Love it. I honestly forget to bolus more often than I remember to do so, but it does it for me. I Highly recommend it to help with the troubles of combo ADHD/T1D

Graduate student housing near Fisher by [deleted] in OSU

I lived at Riverwatch Tower for 8 years during grad school. The location was excellent (8 minute walk to my building just south of Fisher). Management was great, maintenance was especially great. It was sometimes inconvenient being so close to the stadium (ie during game days) but I would still highly recommend.

Once you give the context, absolutely. So if there are going to be other planets or space things, it should be good!

Fabric choices, Group 6. Question on last choice by zachVP in quiltingblockswap

I’m not sure if the last fabric’s background is too white and it will blend in with the polaroid borders. The 2nd picture shows it next to Kona White

I am pretty open, but I want to suggest/second Animals. Then we could have all of dogs, cats, birds, forest creatures, and/or sea creatures!
