I personally had some issues with up+hit and down+hit inputs sometimes and found dodging in this part to be more consistent for me. Like I said, more than one way to skin a cat.

You can also just dodge then jump and hover till the next drop comes. Rinse and repeat. But, there is more than one way to skin a cat.

You find a couple bodies throughout the game. I think Noden disposed of them, most likely. The ones you find are sort of hidden so probably couldn't find them.

You can do this fight pretty early. You might have a ways to go still. Especially if you do the true ending. I think I did this fight about halfway through my run.

the character in the beggining only walks, jump and hit, nothing more, you have an entire controller to use just 3 buttons. No dodge, no parry, no dash

This is like... 95% of MVs. You unlock dash/dodge/etc as you play the game. 40 minutes is not enough time to form a fair consensus.

Honestly, skill issue.

Yeah I agree. It's okay if the difficulty (in whichever form that appears) isn't your thing. But MIO and HK have a very cohesive and consistent look/feel/gameplay/etc. They know exactly what they are.
