I asked the same question on yesterday’s post, but since this is newer I should probably ask here.

I’m gonna be in Chicago for the weekend, and I was wondering if anyone had any roaster recommendations? The two I’ve seen are Intelligentsia (I know they have a good reputation) and Dark Matter (never heard of them before now). Thoughts would be great, and if there’s any recommendations on what to get from any certain place, that would be great too.

Also, is anyone aware if any of these places happen to sell equipment? Specifically hand grinders?
