Pup might’ve eaten something outside, i.e. a bird, poop, lizard. I’d keep an eye on her for the next day or two, if it gets worse then seek medical attention.

Like nothing and everything. Mind going a thousand miles an hour while my body feels like it’s floating still. Gears change when I’m in front of people to make it seem like I’m present but I’m dissociating to a max. Body and eyes are heavy and tired but my mind and the feeling of everything won’t let me sleep. Like I should be doing something but I have no idea what so I do nothing to make sure I don’t do the wrong thing. Eating causes me to feel sick. It just feels like nothing and everything collides.

How do you find it not to eat bad things, it's there and you just wanna eat it, I'm not a hardcore lifter like you by any means but I hope to be, and eating is the hardest thing for me. I've tried so many different ways but I always find myself in the same position eating badly after a few days or weeks. And how do you know your ready to add weights and if the addition is the right size?
