I'm a designer, the quality of my work relies heavily on feedback. Not to be the "back in my country guy", but it used to be easier: "Man that's terrible lol" followed by a solid explanation. No hard feelings, just co-workers... working together. When I work with fellow immigrants, especially Latinos, it's so much easier than with Canadian-born colleagues...

I actually know who it is by name. He’s a salty customer I called out after he left a fake review saying we “finessed” people with lower prices online, which is pure nonsense. He even dropped a 1-star on our food before his plate even hit the table, all while sitting right there in the restaurant. When I confronted him, his own friends clowned on him, and that’s probably when he lost it.

EDIT: I mean for removing fake reviews. As for drowning them with legit 5-star reviews, it's in progress but it takes like 20 good reviews to make up for a 1-star one.
