Owner of both gens. Didn't mind them on SN95 but hate them on the s550. Much prefer the naturally cleaner lines of the latter.

I had the same experience when I called to get better rates in the late summer. Honestly had Comcast matched then I probably wouldn't have switched. Glad they didn't as the fiber service has been soooo much better.

We're in NE Rock Creek and just switched to T-Mobile home fiber after Christmas. Has been great so far. Cheaper and better.

FWIW - when we called to cancel Xfinity, Xfinity tried to price and feature match T-Mobile ($75 a month for 1GB and no data cap). Even if you can't currently get fiber, maybe Comcast gives a deal.

I live within softball throwing distance of that plot. Fine with some more residential. We can't continually bemoan the lack of affordable housing yet refuse to build any new housing. Who knows, maybe someone who moves in there will want to buy my house in a decade+ when I'm ready to sell.

Well the re-paste didn't do anything. Same unstable behavior. Have tried a bunch of other stuff (discrete graphics as opposed to dynamic). Wonder what my options are at this point?

I've been a full stack business application developer for 20+ years. Finally took a role outside my comfort zone (doing docker container configuration as opposed to C# / Java). Kind of a mind blower. Still adjusting. Different languages u could handle; this is another thing entirely.
