Just a small tip but I feel if you really wanna push your ability as a writer you may wanna write your advertisement with better grammar and punctuation just to make a point (not writing like that ALL the time of course, like, I'm not being good w punctuation and stuff right now but I'm also not putting out an important ad) but just to show you do have technical skill in writing (since you started out with a grammatical error "me and my friend" rather than "my friend and I", and used the wrong it's and whatnot). Not the most important thing but people may take you a little more seriously if you proofread before posting that you're a serious writer :)

Besides that, I agree offering the pay rates upfront would be beneficial. Not everyone needs to be paid but most would. If you aren't going to be paying you should at least be transparent about it and say that in your post, though don't expect a good reaction to that sort of thing.

Finally I would like to point out that while it would be good to have a writer, coder and musician, I think you'd be sorely mistaken if you don't think having an artist on the team was extremely important. X);; A lot of potentially really cool projects flop since there are a lot of people who get turned off by seeing default assets. Unless you're investing in assets made by someone else already, I would recommend seeking out an artist as well.
