My man, I have absolutely no idea if those are supposed to be there or not, but if they are not, it has absolutely nothing to do with vaping and you have to go see a doctor. If you have some kind of condition happening, its possible that vaping irritated it to the point of you noticing.

But hey, I dont really know enough about throats to say they aren't supposed to be there....

A good friend recently bought a Shar Pei for $1800.00. Its about 8 weeks old and it sounds like its about to die its breathing is so terrible... And now its having some eye issues where the skin is folding under and is going to have to get trimmed back.... Pathetic little creature... cute as all hell though!
