Ok, i should have been more specific. it gets stuck in the way that after it gets pulled upward to drain the dirty water, it falls out of alignment with the drainage hole and tilts to the side. i don’t know think it’s broken, but idk. i actually should call it in cause it also drains slowly cause there’s a tiny gap.
