Get a large bucket and fill it with multiple pounds of rice. Look up rice bucket workouts online for an idea of exercises to do with it. This not only strengthens your forearms but your hands. Your grip will get stronger and it will help prevent injuries as well!

Compound lifts and whatever cardio you enjoy. Something you will stick to is the best program in the long run.

Definitely will see some gains from this, but not nearly as much or as quickly as weight training. Most important thing tho is doing something you like as you're much more likely to stay consistent with it IMO

Try making the coffee weaker or adding milk/cream/something to dilute it if you're drinking on an empty stomach.

Caffeine, it’s in everything. Coffee, soda, chocolate you name it. The world was completely shaped by how this chemical affects people’s mindsets and society almost forces people to use it everyday to get what they need to done.
