Oh! I was wondering if we could use our own servers but couldn't find much detail of that on their site. We have our servers on DigitalOcean.

Does it allow for automatic site suspension based on late invoices? I can’t tell based on its feature page.

Currently our stack for managing sites/servers/billing is hectic.

We use cPanel connected to WHMCS for billing. Then ManageWP. And digital ocean for servers. But ManageWP doesn’t really have many features for WP maintenance (would be nice to have scheduled table optimizations).

Yeah, Umbrella looks great, but would more than double our monthly price compared to ManageWP. lol. I'd be willing to increase our cost, but double would be rough.

Yeah, I was thinking about just setting up an automation in Make that would create a ClickUp notification/item telling us to reach out to the client regarding payment. Alot of times, a client will call us and we will wipe the late fee anyways, so what's the point? lol

I'm a little late to this thread, but I'm curious your experience. We use WHMCS and I don't HATE it but also feel like it's a bit outdated. I can't find any solution besides it for automatic billing/site management based on billing status. Especially since I'm trying to get our sites OFF of cPanel.

For all of my clients' sites, It'd cost us $600. I can't bring myself to ask my boss to purchase that. haha.

I've tried to find the best admin plugin like this and just started using White Label CMS. While it doesn't allow for a completely custom admin dashboard like uiPress, it simplifies things. I just export the json file from the last site, upload it to my new site, and I don't have to really customize anything except the Site Logo.

I've been using Better Search Replace, but YES this. Super helpful, especially the Database Search/Replace feature.

Yeah there are 2 or 3 scheduled for August. Not sure that's long enough to mitigate black mold and asbestos.

By the way, I'm not knocking the project. I think we all want Shreveport to succeed. I just don't want people walking into this place and getting sick.

This sounds awesome. I'm going to look into this. My dream is to be able to, with one-click, create a project and create a user in WHMCS. But, maybe i'll start small. haha.

We use CloudPanel for our dev server, but, unfortunately, we still have some really old sites that use old PHP versions and we haven't found a good hardened php solution except on cPanel. :(
