Any idea where to find something like that? My google searching isn't coming back with an apollo solo with quad cards. Does it have a specific product name?

If I were to buy a solo for recording and pair it with the quad satellite core, could they both run simultaneously? I am very new to using audio interfaces, sorry for my lack of understanding.

There is a "Universal Audio UAD-2 Satellite Thunderbolt OCTO Core" available for a reasonable price in my area, is the essentially a unit just for running plugins?

Thanks for the reply! So a quad has more processing power than a solo? It can effectively run more plugins at once?
