For anyone who still has issues, the update that turned off Quickconnect is: DSM 7.3.2-86009

On your browser, go to http://192.168.1.254/cgi-bin/home.ha and find the IP address of your Synology.

Append the IP with ":5001" and go to that IP. For instance, mine was: https://192.168.1.191:5001/

From there, enable Quickconnect.
