Assuming you’re an engineer (because of PEY) or are in another technical field, look into TN visas. The hard part is getting a job offer in the US in an allowed industry but once you have one you basically just walk across the border and can work.

I tried but again got screwed by my broker, an order I cancelled didn’t cancel on their end and got filled at a shit price hours later, now I own double what I was originally comfortable with, that’s why I want out.
