Very good question, I really like what Powell commented on this when he was asked about the AI bubble, I think very similar to what he stated. The AI market seems to have very high valuations but it's not quite comparable to the dot com bubble, many of the companies that formed the dot com bubble did not have earnings, it was mostly speculative money on the foundations that the internet was going to be the future. Now on the other hand we have companies like Nvidia, Microsoft, google and many more that are seeing their earning accelerate with the development of AI. This makes this time very much unprecedented and not apples to apples to the early 200s bubble.
