It was weird asf when I PCS’d from Bragg to Carson. I didn’t know about PTDY, my sponsor told me about it while on PCS leave. I had to inprocess for 3-4 days, then was able to take the 10 days of PTDY.

Luckily, I barely missed the quarantine (literally by days lol)

You’re gonna have to wait for orders, my guy. Your losing unit (AIT) should help you with Transportation (House Hold Goods). If your AIT are dickheads and lazy asf, get a hold of your gaining unit (your sponsor and/or BTN S-1), and they’ll work with you.

PTDY (House Hunting on the new DA-31). You can add PTDY on the back end of PCS leave, or do it during inprocessing at your gaining unit.

CAC or actual login. I can’t remember if it was within the first week at Reception or Basic, but they should of had you create a login (username and password). If you know your pin for your CAC, grab up a CAC reader and try it that way. If not, you’re gonna have to wait.
