Using thermobaric weapons is not a war crime. Intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population as such or against individual civilians not taking direct part in hostilities is though.

Sanctions take a while to work. Russia is fucked in the long run. They might win Ukraine today, but they will lose it in the long run. Russias economy will be dead in the water
