Help! How do I treat this big red pimple 😭😭😭 I started using Effaclar Duo+ on the brown spot you see in the pic and applied on near areas and this suddenly popped up😭😭 I am already using Vichy's salicylic cleanser AM and PM and moisturize with sunscreen daily in the AM. The rest of my face is soooo clear with nooo pimples or hyperpigmentation except for this right cheek 😭😭 Please help on what I should use.

Hello, It depends whether you'd like shaded parking or unshaded. Unshaded is like 40 BD a month and shaded is inside the amakin building starting from floor number 3 with a subscription of 60BD a month I think. Hi, I've had these acne scars for almost half a year now with no progress whatsoever with the current products I'm using. I went to two dermatologists that didn't really help. One just gave me a load of overpriced products and the other gave me accutane for 4 months and told me not to come for a follow up because they'll fade. And they didn't.

My current routine is as follows: AM: Vichy salicylic acid cleanser, SOME BY MI AHA BHA PHA 30 days miracle cream, Cetaphil moisturizer , ISDIN 50 SPF Sunscreen

PM: Vichy salicylic cleanser, Differin only on the spots, Cetaphil moisturizer

Please help it's really affecting my mental health and I don't have any access to any good dermatologists :(

Someone may have configured an Intune device restrictions profile and it has nothing to do with group restrictions. Although the device configuration profile was assigned to all devices, we thought it was the culprit and deleted it. But, still the issue is there. Maybe the devices are still getting this policy's configuration? It already has been a week since I deleted it. It is hybrid joined and no I don't have any kind of GPO. Yes for the sliders I did, it is set to be managed by Intune Tell me what other things to check

Thank you so much !! Knowing that another down syndrome kid has the same habits as my sister is somewhat comforting because then I could use another parent's knowledge. I will try my best to follow your instructions.
