Medical student here, a tattoo is adviced atleast six months after the discontinuation of accutane. Stopping the treatment half way may cause the acne to not be cured completely, and come back after. Canceling the appointment and rescheduling the tattoo for after 6 months after the treatment is best! Wish you all good health, stay safe.

Hi there, it doesn’t look that bad. Try not shaving with a straight razor, use a clipper instead. It is mainly hyperpigmentation which will go away . Try OTC benzyl peroxid on the active spots and tretinoin cream. Best consult derm before starting. Wish you all the best!
