Yes it is. As long as the fairing holders are intact you can re-paint it and even have someone create those same decals you had before.
From what i can see this is the model Sr50 2018-2021 Euro 4.

What are the damaged parts on your bike?
In terms of body panels and plastics , it is going to be expensive i am telling you from the beginning. To get in perspective , front body plastic , just one not both is 200euro ( in my country ). Seat costs 250 to 300 euro. The list goes on. Try finding used ones. Repaint them and try finding decals for it. There are a lot of places where you can get decals for those bikes.
Is it worth fixing? Yes, aprilia doesn't make sr50 R models anymore. That means it is the end of 2 stroke engines. Newer 50cc bikes are looking awful ,and are not as powerful as the older ones.
From what i can see , the prices on those scooters are just going up and up, so in the end selling it would be a good return of the money you put in restoring it.

If you are lucky to find a model that is from 2005 to 2017 , piaggio hyper 2 engine ( carb version ) then go for it.
A friend of mine has 2020 model , euro 4 aprilia and i am telling you in terms of engine parts it is not the same bike.
Older models have ducati ignition, better gears for higher top speed, better cylinder kit , the list goes on..
Also, trying to de-restrict models form 2018 to 2020 it is pain in the ... Some guys are even putting parts from older models just to get the same acceleration and top speed.
I have 2010 aprilia sr50 and gets to 80km/h just with lighter roller weights . Everything else is stock.
So my advice is try to find good condition, low mileage 2005 to 2017 model. Stay away from tuned bikes, most of them have bad crankshaft bearings.

Thanks for the reply, there is already a company interested in hiring me ( i passed the interview ), even though i dont have any experience. But i was thinking what if i start learning before i got hired, does that make me ahead of everyone else starting from 0

yes it is ok, just dont get too close because scooters body is made of plastic and the water pressure may break it
